Safety & compliance, in plain English
COPPA assessed
We design for children under 13, which means we've assessed our practices against the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. In practice: we collect the minimum information needed to run the experience, and we do not use child data for advertising.
GDPR assessed
For families in the UK and EU, we've assessed our practices against GDPR. You have the right to see, correct, export and delete anything we hold about your family. Parents control the account.
PIPL assessed
For families in China, we've assessed our practices against the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). We collect the minimum information needed, seek separate consent for processing a child's data, and do not use it for advertising.
Australia's Children's Online Privacy Code assessed
For families in Australia, we've assessed our practices against the Children's Online Privacy Code. We design with the best interests of the child as our primary consideration, and do not use children's data for advertising.
Age-tier system
Right now, the live experience covers the 8–13 age tier, with the same content, language and pacing across that range. Three further tiers — 0–3, 4–7, and 14–17 — are not yet live. Each will be built to its own age-appropriate content, needs and pacing when it launches.

Nicolas Zaslavoglou
I'm Nicolas, a father, a nomadic founder, and the person who builds Maggie's Adventures Universe end to end: the stories, the app, the code, all of it. I've lived and worked across Europe and Asia, and that constant movement is exactly why I built this. I believe every child deserves to understand the world they're growing up in.
